Ffa4u Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

Welcome to ffa4u — an online betting and casino platform operated by ffa4u Entertainment Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the ffa4u website at https://ffa4u.bet, our mobile application, and all related services ("ffa4u Platform").

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) ffa4u account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

2ffa4u User Account

Once registration is complete, you will be assigned a personal ffa4u account. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your ffa4u account password and login credentials confidential.
• All activities that occur under your ffa4u account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.
• Notify the ffa4u support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

5ffa4u Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ffa4u offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Please read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new ffa4u members only. Each individual is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. A wagering requirement of 20x the bonus value applies before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Daily Cashback: Calculated based on your net daily losses. Cashback is automatically credited to your ffa4u account every morning with no additional wagering requirements.
• Poker Rakeback: Calculated based on the rake you contribute at cash game tables. Credited automatically to your ffa4u account every Monday.
• ffa4u VIP Programme: Members are automatically enrolled in the VIP programme based on their playing activity. Your VIP tier determines your cashback rate, rakeback, and withdrawal limits.

10Account Restrictions & Termination

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, ffa4u reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. For terminations requested by the user, any remaining balance (after all applicable wagering requirements have been met) will be returned via the original payment method.

11ffa4u Liability Limit

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, ffa4u and its parent company, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and staff shall not be liable for:

12Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Ffa4u reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the ffa4u Platform. ffa4u will endeavour to notify members of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification.

These ffa4u Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
